Our company was born out of the frustration of other companies that make outrageous corporate credit claims, promise you'll get a big loan with their program and many more promises they can't keep. We're tired of hearing about inexperienced consultants and poor to non-existent customer service. We call that customer no-service.
Developing Corporate Credit properly (notice I said properly) is hard work and while some companies have tried to copy our success, few succeed. It takes more than just a website to provide you with success, it takes trained professionals with a proven history of successfully helping thousands of business owners.
We are constantly amazed by the calls we get by people that have tried the "do it your self programs", or just tried to do it themselves, and the mess they have created with their business. Most people would not try to build their own house without calling a professional contractor. But then some do, and the results are apparent.

Over the years we have developed numerous techniques, industry resources, dozens of research database tools and numerous proprietary resources that enable us to expedite your Corporate Credit objectives. Our procedures can assist virtually any business to obtain simple business credit; to obtaining rather extensive credit lines, all under the corporate name.
Many people ask for a guarantee because they have been promised stuff from other providers that mislead them and then never delivered. We can't stand that so we have developed some procedures that insure you will obtain what you were promised and you won't obtain what you weren't promised.
What do we mean by that? Simply put, Corporate Credit is a specialized industry and as such, specialized procedures are needed to accomplish sound and usable Corporate Credit. (Personally, I don't do my own dentistry, and neither should you.)
What is unfortunate about the Corporate Credit world is that there are no State or Federal laws or even local guidelines protecting the business owner from unfair business credit reporting. The big business credit reporting bureaus have their own set of rules and … well I won't go there. Let's just say they are not regulated and they run a very exclusive set of their own rules they go by.
For personal credit there are many laws that protect the consumer … but there are none for the business owner. Simply put, if you screw up your corporate credit, there is no one to complain to (except us and we may not be able to fix it either).
To put it in industry terms, that means that if you fail in any one of the numerous industry and agency compliance regulations (and there are over 55 of them) or you don't develop your corporate credit in the correct way...

Unfortunately, that is what happens to business owners that (a) do not follow the compliance regulations, (b) don't even know them all, (c) try to compress or expedite their corporate credit themselves, or (d) have someone else try to build their Corporate Credit that doesn't really know what they are doing.
This red flag situation will generally slap you in the face when your credit accounts are all shut off and your corporate credit is GONE, forcing you back to the stone ages by using your personal credit to run your business. It's an unsightly mess.
The consequences are severe and the rewards are great.
So we will give you this promise:
Rapid Biz Credit will diligently process your entity, corporation, or LLC, conduct the necessary research, review your corporate records, and specify the necessary tasks that the business owner must complete to place their corporations in compliance.
Once the business is in compliance, then Rapid Biz Credit will obtain business, or Corporate Credit, with revolving trade accounts for your business use. This process is started immediately. Depending on the program you have selected the full results of your Corporate Credit can take up to six to twelve months and can be expedited with the Credit Builder B and C programs.
Rapid Biz Credit will then proceed with obtaining your Corporate Credit and notify you of the progress. (Typically you will know something is going on right away because you'll be getting lots of corporate credit offers in the mail.)
You will obtain Corporate Credit immediately and (depending on the services you request) we will continue to obtain different types and amounts of credit for your business.

It's all usable and it's all yours! That is our guarantee ... and that's what you'll get!
Disclaimers
Ok now for the disclaimers. Here's what we can't do, or stuff we can't promise.
We can't promise you certain companies, although we generally are successful with the Fortune 500 companies and many other product and service based types of credit.
We can't promise you exact amount of credit lines because everyone's company is different. One client might get a $5,000 credit line, another $25,000 from the same account.
We love helping you get a business credit score, a good score is 75-80 or better. We'll show you how to get a great score however we cannot guarantee you will get a score of any number. Credit scores are based on payment experience and other industry factors.
We cannot help you if you order $30,000 worth of computers, servers and printers and decide not to pay the bill, or make the payments.
We cannot promise you will get a Hummer, or an Expedition. Although most dealerships will consider a good corporate credit report, some may still ask for a personal guarantee, while others will let you drive off the lot with your new vehicle.
We cannot obtain your Corporate Credit if you never complete the steps we have requested to bring your corporation into compliance.
We cannot guarantee we can fix it if you break it (your Corporate Credit that is)
There are instances in some industries and for some particular accounts that the credit managers will ask for a personal guarantee. It's not a big deal to most business owners, so long as the credit is corporate.
We don't sell, trade, swap, or disclose any information to anyone about our clients, their personal information, inside corporate information, trade secrets (if you ever share one with us), or any other issues you may have discussed with your Rapid Biz Credit advisor or our internal research department … ever. The only information we disclose is the minimum business information necessary to establish your credit. After years of building corporate credit we have developed some special techniques that are tried and tested that provide our client with some very exceptional results . And frankly, that's all we can say about “exceptional results” because our internal procedures are proprietary.
We never provide any company, service bureau, or agency with your personal credit information, or social security number. Period. In fact the less we know the better.
In contrast, your business information is public domain. So once you have achieved your awesome business credit you will certainly attract many other companies that want your business too. We cannot stop the proliferation of your business information, so expect some stuff in your mail box from companies that also desire your business and may even give you additional credit accounts.
We can't promise you will never ever use your social security number ever again, that's just not realistic. We have worked with many business owners who have forgotten their SSN (because they never use it), however we certainly can say that once and a while someone (usually an uninformed credit manager) will ask for your SSN. Unless you really need the account, we suggest you decline.
Corporate Credit is a building process. Don't expect to have $200,000 of credit available in exactly 32 days 6 hours and 14 minutes. Our goal is to build a solid image of your company so other companies can look you up and be impressed in the shortest amount of time. This is a step by step process and a lot of work is required. Most of the time it's done internally here at RapidBizCredit so all you'll see is the results.
Speaking of which, “corporate image” is important, so keep up the image. We can't be responsible if you forget to pay your corporate fees and your corporate status goes into default or gets revoked. So get a grip and realize that there are aspects of business that you will need to grasp and understand … and follow through with.
Corporate Credit building in the normal world is a 3 to 5 year process. Our Corporate Credit Builder programs are intended to expedite this process into months instead of years. The exact results and specific achievements for any company can take up to six months or more and it depends on many many factors about the company and its needs. It can be expedited, however we prefer to under promise and over deliver.
We cannot ever complete the business credit building process if you fail to call us back, stop answering our emails, or never put your company into compliance. This is a cooperative effort.
We cannot promise you will get a bank loan or a bank line of credit for your business. Banks do give business loans to companies; however each type of loan and the use of the funds determine what their underwriting criteria is for a loan. (Also how much money you are asking for.) Please read the loans section of this site for more details.
You cannot purchase real estate with just Corporate Credit, it takes a lot more information to obtain real estate loans. We have, and many of our clients have, obtained real estate loans for residential and commercial buildings under their corporation, or LLC, however there are personal guarantees involved and a review of financials for most banks. There are also techniques for purchasing real property without banks or using private sources that can accomplish the same thing.
If a company claims they will sell you a corporation, or LLC, with some wacky corporate credit program or configuration (and we've seen them all, usually they can't explain them very well and that should be the clue) which has a $1,000,000 Line of Credit (or other unusually large amount), guarantees you'll get a loan, or huge lines of credit available to you so you can just go out and purchase equipment, spend money wildly, or purchase a dozen semi trucks, etc., we suggest you do the following:
(a) leave your checkbook at home
(b) run the other way
(c) read (a) and (b) again
(d) call us so we can comment on it and be equally amused
The age of your business is important for companies granting large lines of credit, and Corporate Credit, Financials and Tax Returns are all important items and most bank loans. Some banks don't require tax returns or financials, others do, some will lend money on a company that has great credit score, while others want so much paperwork it's not worth it. Let your Corporate Credit season for a bit before you apply for a bank loan.
And last, but not least, we are not a lender and do not provide credit to our clients so there is never any conflict of interest between our company and obtaining credit for your company. However, if your company defaults on a payment or bounces a check to Rapid Biz Credit, please be aware that we do report to the business credit bureaus.
Refund Policy:
The services that Rapid Biz Credit provides are business credit consulting, entity formation and other business consulting. These are a business to business services and once paid there are no refunds .
Every Client has the right to cancel their transaction. Just follow these steps:
NOTICE OF CANCELLATION:
The Client may cancel this Service Agreement without penalty or obligation and receive a full refund of all monies paid at any time in writing on or before midnight of the 3rd business day after this Agreement was agreed upon and submitted to Rapid Biz Credit by notifying Rapid Biz Credit by telephone and mailing your request to the address below. There are no refunds for entities already formed.
Establishing business credit is a detailed and cooperative process between the client and Rapid Biz Credit. Rapid Biz Credit will not be held responsible if the client fails to bring their business into compliance, operates an illegal business, does not pay their vendors, prevents Rapid Biz Credit from establishing trade accounts for the business, or fails to respond or communicate in a timely manner. These are not reasons for a refund.
If you feel you are entitled to a refund are there are extenuating circumstances to your situation, then we encourage you to write your situation down and send it to us, mail, fax or email so we can consider your request. Please contact us by phone as well so we can acknowledge your request and act promptly. Don't threaten us with litigation, it doesn't work. Treat us with respect, for our knowledge, hard work and efforts, and in turn, we will treat your particular situation with the greatest respect and consideration.
Disputes:
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved by the Client or Rapid Biz Credit, the Client may file a complaint against Rapid Biz Credit. The Client will be held responsible for all legal cost which Rapid Biz Credit incurs included but not limited to, all attorney fees, court cost, travel etc. The venue and jurisdiction for all complaints will be the State of Nevada , County of Clark .
The client will have the option to seek mediation from a retired Judge or resolution service in this jurisdiction rather than incurring the expense of attorneys or litigation. The client must obtain written approval from Rapid Biz Credit in advance, and pay for all services in advance. Once the mediation is completed all decisions of the mediator will be binding to both Parties.
We are proud to say that so far, Rapid Biz Credit has never had a problem we could not resolve internally.
